Pick of the Week for 09/30/2008

The competition this week was pretty tight throughout but in the end, Nozomi Entertainment's release of Aria: The Animation Season 1 Collection pulled away from Geneon Entertainment's release of When They Cry Vol. #4 and took the nod as the Pick of the Week. Geneon's managed to grab hold of some new customers with their re-release of the previous volumes of When They Cry which is good while AnimeWho closes out their first season with Joe Vs. Joe Vol. #2. Media Blasters has a pair of good releases out this week as well, though as seems to be the norm they don't actually ship just yet since hardly anyone has mentioned seeing them.
