Star Trek Into Darkness Bad Robot Extended International TRAILER

Is there a difference?

Only yesterday Mania posted the International Trailer (UK) for Star Trek Into Darkness. Today a new trailer has surfaced known as the Star Trek Into Darkness Bad Robot Extended International TRAILER. I’ve watched them both and fail to see a difference outside the labeling of the locations. Perhaps I am distracted by Alice Eve or something. Maniacs, do you see a difference? I have posted them both here for you. UK trailer on the bottom, Bad Robot trailer on the top.

Synopsis: In Summer 2013, pioneering director J.J. Abrams will deliver an explosive action thriller that takes Star Trek Into Darkness. When the crew of the Enterprise is called back home, they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world in a state of crisis. With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction. As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.

Star Trek Into Darkness stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, John Cho, Bruce Greenwood, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, Benedict Cumberbatch, Alice Eve and Peter Weller.

Star Trek Into Darkness arrives on May 17th, 2013.

A few new scenes, like the crew being blown out while the enterprise is at warp. But in the end cant wait to see this movie, and looks like the Enterprise will be destroyed at the end. Also Benedicts voice is sooo bad ass, cant wait to hear him as Samug.

No no horcrux, starships are designed to make sliding, grinding, landings. :)

Ya his voice reminds me of what a younger bad-ass Picard would sound like.  Bu this moive looks amazing.  I know its a trailer but I loved the first one.  WIll be there opening weekend for this.

Bryzarro, what if Benedict is playing a Mirror MIrror Picard, and the grievous act the Federation did was access the universe with Spock's time machine from the first movie, and he is here to annihilate them?

flyinroo 3/22/2013 12:56:13 PM

I cannot wait for this movie. The first was great and this one looks better. Come on opening weekend!

Aren't they supposed to send the Enterprise crashing into a planet in the third movie?

domino2008 3/22/2013 8:47:01 PM
