Producer Clarifies on Williams' 28 MONTHS LATER Rumor

It looks like the Twitchfilm debunking of the Paul Andrew Williams rumor was only half true after all. Producer Andrew Macdonald has clarified the rumor situation to Fangoria. Apparently, Williams was indeed developing another installment into Danny Boyle's 28-infected franchise at one time.
According to the producer, his plan was to make it a prequel to 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later. The pitch never panned out and was eventually scrapped by the producers.
Macdonald went on to tell Fangoria that creator and executive producer Danny Boyle has a concept planned for 28 Months Later but it's still in the early stages of development.
