Not going to watch this promo as I'm still working through season one. At least Fox let them get beyond 13 episodes.

I am just starting to watch this season, all I can say is that from where this show began you have no clue where it is going.

I am going to miss this show so much.  I hope it has a satisfying ending.

I didn't really get into it in the first 3 seasons. Little bit at the end of season 3. But it was season 4 where I got into it, and thought was a nice pick up point. Season 5 has been interesting.

Sadly you can see JJ Abrhams hand here and there in the first seasons. Every once in a while something happens and you just think, that makes no sense, did all the characters just suddenly become stupid for 2 minutes? Then you realize it's to advance plot with lazy writing. And they you look at the writting credits... and sure enough JJ Abrhams wrote it.

Fringe has a "human" element to every episode that just cannot be touched.  It's this element that most other sci-fi lacks and I will miss this show due to it.

All respect, Kaziklu, I have no idea what you're talking about.  My wife never got into the show, so we've been watching it on Science Channel now that they're syndicating it, and we both love it (I never got to get into it when it was first on).  I think it's the best elements of The X-Files with a kind of Fantastic Four vibe in the way the four main characters relate to each other.

Then again, it could be possible I just overlook lazy writing, I suppose.

Other than the first episode I've never watched this show which is kind of strange to me. When I grew up you pretty much watched any genre show that showed up because they were few and far between. I know this show looks good and people have told me so, but I simply didn't have the time to get into it.

I'll try watching some reruns on Science channel and see what that does for me.

They're already into the second season on Science Channel, monkeyfoot...I would recommend renting them, if you can...I swear, I still say the 1st season finale has the balliest ending ever.

Last few minutes of the first episode of the second season, There are people who haven't seen it so I don't want to leave spoilers.

In that Episode (which is the last JJ has a writing credit on I think) they are one body short, which is significant and no one seems to notice, which is the only way for the next several episodes to work.

Truely going to miss this show. It makes my wife almost cry that it's ending.
