@monkeyfoot, you took that right out of my mouth lol. i was going to say the same thing. they had to digitaly remove and change all the chinese symbols and flags and uniforms to north koreas shit. thats part of the reason it took a long time along with other things.. maybe 3 years ago it might have been o.k maybe.. glad i dont have to pay to watch what ever movie i want so maybe i will go why not??

Remaking this movie the way they did was the 2nd worst idea ever.

Replacing the Chinese with North Koreans was the actual worst idea ever.

You couldn't actually make a spoof of this movie because there's no way to make a more laughable premise than North Korea launching a ground invasion of the US ... they'd hit their first Taco Bell and that would stall the invasion for weeks.

I have no interest in this yet.  Why?  I loved teh first one.

 Aside from how ludicrous this movie looks; aside from how preposterous the plot appears to be; aside from how inconceivable it would be for the North Koreans to invade the United States; This movie would try to have us believe that one of the rebel youths that is going to defend our nation and rid us of the invading North Korean horde, is none other than Josh from Drake and Josh!? I feel safer already. Kim Jong-Un is in trouble now.

I know they are not Chinese now.  Irk's me off they replaced them.  I will never say they are N Koreans.  Not to say that there should not be movies where we spank the N Koreans.  I am sure there is a threat that is more believeable involving the N Koreans.  I am surprised this Red dawn did not get changed to space aliens, can't offend them yet til they visit us.

well one of the reason's fort lewis is in washington state which such power house units such as (1st special forces group, 25th infantry, 2nd infantry div, 448th civil affairs and the two almighty, 1st special forces group, 4th Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment  and the mighty 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment Rangers lead the way!!! so self pride kicking in! is so if some crazy country decides to enter the weak portion of the US which is Washington they canrespond to a act of war with rapid QRF Teams until the infantry is fully locked and loaded not to even count the air force portion on mchord or the navy over at bremerton and everett and shoot even the marine reserve unit at lewis would get in on the piece of the pie! caught off or not there would be a hell of a lock and loaded response to the attack. If it would be north korea they would probably just hit the hills and scream freedom before shooting a single bullet.

nope i refuse to enjoy a ilogical film in this day and age especially a military gorilla/guerrilla tactics one with the kid from drake and josh as a lead in it.
