I think it will be Johnny he's the only member who hasn't "died". He's been replaced but has never actually "died".
Calling this film crap is an insult to crap.
Both companies Marvel and DC pretty much suck. Lurching from one "event" after another. Note that's "event" with a small "e." Blackest night is still dragging on and on endlessly. DC killed off a bunch of characters in recent years only to bring them back.
Marvel killed off Cap only to reveal that he was displaced in time. And of course DC does the same thing with Batman. Both were replaced with former sidekicks.
DC is just as bad (if not worse) with Batman titles out the wazoo. Yet another Green Lantern themed event, across way too many GL titles.
An ILM animated feature was long over due and this looks as good as or better than some of Pixar's best work.
If they really wanted to screw him he wouldn't even be involved with Avengers as an exeutive producer. It's just a matter of him wanting to try something else. I can't vault him for that.
Not to mention that the orignal novel had nothing at all to do with the supernatural it was an all sci-fi based story. The next thing they'll remake Christine as a Transformer instead of a demon possessed 55 Plymouth Fury.
GL's neon underwear looks awful. The only thing in this movie that should be cgi is the ring constructs. And just not digging Hector Hammond as the film's villain sorry I'll pass on this flamming neon turd.
I think that the audience has reached Harry Potter burn out as evidenced by it's sharp drop off in it's BO numbers.

The way that DXD keeps shifting it's time slot Avengers will get the ax soon.
