You forgot to mention Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connors for the Terminator I and II.  She kicks ass

 Alice and Ripley are me faves.

 "...has been portrayed in numerous forms of lycra, leather, trench coats, armor and red cocktail dresses..."  You forgot full on nekkid as well.  That definitely helped grab the target audience's attention.

Have you heard her voice on the Crystal Method song "I Know It's You" on their Legion of Boom album? 

SW set the standard in Alien(s), Hamilton is great in the T1&2, and Carrie Ann Moss as Trinity is an a$$ kicking machine in Matrix. However, Alice has it all; she an epic a$$ kicker with a colossally excellent a$$. What's there not to admire about that!?!?!

Good call on Trinity, Bob... she definietly belonged here more than the majority of the others mentioned in the article.

Mila is definitely the best LOOKING of the female a$$ kickers! Her butt is so incredible, it should be patented!

Ripley is still one of the baddest of the bad-a$$ a$$ kickers around! What she had to fight against, the Xenomorphs and Queen Alien are some of the most feared creatures ever put on film! Not to mention Face Huggers.....those suckers are almost as scary as the Xenomorphs!

But Mila nekkid is much more appealing than the others! LOL!!!!

I agree with Sigourney Weaver is tops. I'd follow that with Linda Hamilton.
After that Milla and Kate Beckinsale along with Angelina Jolie would be pretty close together.

The problem is that there aren't too many franchises being led by kick ass females. They all play second fiddle most of the time. But I guess I'd throw in CarrieAnn Moss as Trinity.
Including tv and film I'd consider Summer Glau, Keira Knightley, Sarah Michelle Gellar and the list can get pretty expansive from there

Oh and let's not forget one of the pioneer ass kickers Lynda Carter
 

And no way Milla ranks above Kate in looks, face or body

Linda Hamilton was a bit of an oversight, she definitely deserves the condiseration. However, the article was more about female led franchises, and while Linda Hamilton's Sarah Connor becomes a badass in T2, the franchise does not revolve around her. She's only in two of the films, and only a badass in one of them.

Again, if we were just talking kick a$$ chicks this list would be way longer, and definitely include Trinity from the Matrix, but much like Sarah Connor- She is not the face of the franchise.

Alice, Selene, Ripley, Katniss etc. are all leading ladies in their respective franchises, which is all to rare.
