Is Arwen a maniac?  It's uncanny because I just read this book.  This is one of the gems you hope to find when you are looking for something new.  If you like Stargate, you'll like this book...not that it has anything to do with that show but ancient Egypt was one of the things that interested me about SG and this book reminded me of that.  Nice twists, plasuable storyline, and paced very well.  Arwen didn't do her book justice by what she wrote above...not that I'm knocking her.

Personally i believe thousands of slaves pulled rocks up a ramp.  Sometimes the easiest solutions to an answer are the hardest to believe. Just like JFK getting shot by Oswald, its easier for peope to believe in a conspiracy than the simple answer right in front of them.

I´ve always wondered about the pyramid alien conspiracies. Definitely fascinating sh1t. I think that new Ridley Scott yarn coming out has some subject-matter relevance to this.

I read something a few years ago that a new theory concerning the pyramids involved kites. Apparently they've found some rigging that is consistent with a kind of kite. Basically, they used wind power to raise the blocks. I've been wanting to look into this idea some more for awhile.  When I read it, researchers were going to try and recreate what they thought the kites may have been like and attempt to lift heavy stones. I don't know what ever came of that.
