Although the boxcar children didn’t earn Revolution any brownie points with the ladies in my office at DISH I thought it was a fun distraction. And I am especially proud of the progress we have seen Charlie make as well. At first she was a little annoying, but now that I can see her evolving I know it was all for a reason. I am so happy I didn’t miss this episode. After I realized I forgot to set my DVR to record Revolution this I was depressed all day, but my Brother told me his Hopper from DISH automatically records all of NBC’s prime time line up, so I headed over after work and am thrilled that I did!

I hate episodes of television hows when they begin with a season towards the end of the episode and then go back and say "2 days Earlier" or whatever.  It's writer's crutch and a bad one at that.  If you have to start an episode with something that hasn't happened yet just to get the audience involved in the action, then your story must be weak to begin with.

Good television writing doesn't need to rely on cheap crutches such as these.

That's a pretty brilliant ad in the first comment. They are getting good.

I have to say, I also wondered how there was a fat kid in the apocalypse - and marveled at their shiny white teeth.
