MGM has announced that Richard Dean Anderson has signed on to reprise his role as Gen. Jack O'Neill in the upcoming straight to DVD film, Stargate: Continuum.
"We're thrilled to have Richard join us for Stargate: Continuum," executive producer Brad Wright said. "As Gen. Jack O'Neill, Richard brings both a sense of history and familiarity to the continuing adventures of the Stargate team. And we all recognize his value as the much-loved hero among the Stargate fan base."
Martin Wood will direct the film which plans to shoot in the Arctic.
KJ's Take: This DVD should do great business. I'll probably get if via Blockbuster eventually.
