The Review!
The second volume of the third saga is here. Time for more Alpha Fighters, Beta Fighters, Cylcones and Invid Shocktroopers. And, oh yeah, some character development if you really like that kind of stuff.

Audio: One great mono track. That has to be the best thing about the Robotech audio I have ever written.

Video: Nothing to brag about. Typical quality.

Packaging: More great Cylcone covers! Gotta love it.

Menus: Nothing to brag about. Deja vu.

Extras: No extras. And, no, there are no Easter Eggs.

Content: Well, this saga of the Robotech series is anything but boring because it keeps on moving a mile a minute. Good action, good characters and a great plot make this show great to watch.

Eulogy (B+): Scott meets his idle, John Wolf, who was once on the Robotech Expiditionary Force. However, Scott soon learns John's terrible secret.

The Genesis Pits (B): Scott, Rand and Annie discover just what the Invid are doing with all this protoculture: Recreating all of Earth's creatures.

Enter Marlene (B+): When the team makes it to a destroyed Robotech base, Rand discovers a mysterious girl. To Scott, it reminds him of his dead girlfriend. Her name is Marlene. However, the team doesn't know that Marlene was actually developed by the Invid.

The Secret Route (B+): Lancer revisits an old town where he meets the girl that saved his life, Carla. Soon, Lancer discovers that Carla's husband, Maxwell, has been cheating the citizens of the town.

The Fortress (A): In a snowy region, the team attempts to make a raid on an Invid fortress to steal some protoculture. Annie and Rand soon discover more about the Invid inside the fortress.

Sandstorms (C+): Rand a strange dream about Marlene and....vikings? Another odd dream episode.

With the exception of Sandstorms, all these episodes were great. They have a lot of action and great character development. The plot is also moving along quite nicely. This saga just keeps on getting better and better.
