ROBOTS Take Over Box Office

Fox's CGI film "Robots" took the top spot at the box office this weekend with an estimated take $36.5 million.
Disney's "The Pacifier," pulled in another $18.1 million second week of release for second place honors. "Be Cool" finished third with $10.3 million.
Miramax's "Hostage" only grossed $9.8 million in its opening weekend while Sony's "Hitch" came in at fifth with $8.7 million. The comedy has brought in $149.8 million to date.
Here is the estimated breakdown for the weekend box office:
1. "Robots," $36.5 million
2. "The Pacifier," $18.1 million
3. "Be Cool," $10.3 million
4. "Hostage," $9.8 million
5. "Hitch," $8.7 million
6. "Million Dollar Baby," $5.1 million
7. "Diary of a Mad Black Woman," $5 million
