Canadian actor Charles Ross is appearing in a one-man off-Broadway show called ONE-MAN STAR WARS TRILOGY. What's particularly unique about this is he does in fact play all the characters himself.
Per Ross' site, the show is described as "a one-hour, high energy, nonstop blast through the first three Star Wars films. The catch is, there's only one cast member. Charles Ross, the writer and solo performer, spent too much of his childhood in a galaxy far, far away- adulthood has been similar. Ross plays all the characters, recreates the effects, sings the music, flies the ships, and fights both sides of the battles."
In a review by the Associated Press, they stated his "impersonations, are dead-on, particularly his chirpy, robotic C-3PO, his whistling R2-D2 and his very James Earl Jonesian Darth Vader."
AP says he provides "little in the way of narration" and his "lightning-paced re-creations" tend to "sometimes blur and characters seem to morph into one another." Ross even works in his own campy dialogue at times too, apparently.
Ross is performing at the Lamb's Theatre in midtown Manhattan at 130 West 44th Street.

Odd, that's essentially what George Lucas did for the last three films.
