I have some further info concerning the BGC DVD that Multimedia 2K is going
to be re-releasing. They are going to be going through the whole thing,
taking out all of the problems, and remastering all the DVDs. For those that
purchase the box set release, it will be in 4 DVDs. Yes, I did say four. The
folks on the panel would not say what was on the fourth DVD, but they did say
that it would be a surprise. Multimedia 2K will also offer an option for
people to send in for the keep cases for the DVDs in the box set. So if you
don't want to keep your DVDs in the jewel Cases from the box set, you will
have an alternative. They did not say if this would cost anything extra.
M2K will also be re-releasing the individual DVDs for those who do not wish to
purchase the box set.
Finally, I asked them if they would be offering a trade-in option for those
people who currently own the 'problematic' BGC DVDs. They said that they were
open to the idea, and wanted to help those who had supported them by
purchasing the BGC DVDs early on in the game. Most of all, they said to email
them at their website pr@m-2k.com with
ideas. They highly praised their fan base as providing them with the most
feedback, and they want to hear from us!
