cool visuals Mickey Rourke 3D glasses a really big joint = a good time at the show.
Good to know, but let's see it.
I wouldnt mind the liberties they take with X-Men continuity if only they'd at least keep it the same through their X-men movies. Between the first trilogy, wolverine, and now first class, you see more ret-conning than 30 years of comics. Come on, is Emma Frost a kid or a grown woman in the 60's? Is Xavier an old bald guy or a young guy with hair? No doubt this movie will be full of conflicting details with Fox's other X-films, but on the plus side, it DOES look pretty damn good, or maybe its just that cool bit of music the trailer always opens up with.
Hmmm, no mention yet on Cap having an updated costume in the Avengers as he did in the Ultimates comic. Maybe thats just a given.
As long as the waterpark setting doesnt interfere with more gratuitous underwater 3D nudity, I'll be there again.
Boxing Glove!! Boxing Glove!!
I dont watch network tv. Between work, friends. comics, gaming, movies, cable shows, and trying to get laid, theres just no time for tv with minimum violence, no adult language, and lets face it, no tits. 'nuff said.
With expectations at an all time "meh" , this could really turn out to be the comic movie of the year. As long as its decent, people are going to be really happy. Kind of makes you wonder if that original image of Xavier and Co. that everyone hated was released on purpose to lower expectations and in turn give people are real pleasant surprise.
July 20th seems like a rather late time in the summer for what will probably be the biggest release. I wonder why they did that? Anyway, I cant wait for this to get here so that we can kiss this trilogy good-bye and maybe, just maybe, get on with a more faithful adaption.

You can hate on Disney all you want, but in the end, a few years from now, when the Disney Store turns into the Marvel Store (and it will), you'll all start shopping there.
