SARAH CONNOR Will 'Terminate' TV Series

Fox TV has made a pilot commitment to Warner Bros. TV and C2 Pictures' THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES. Josh Friedman will write the script and serve as the executive producer. C2's Andrew Vajna and Mario Kassar will also executive produce.

The show will center on Sarah Connor and her 14-year-old son John Connor from the TERMINATOR film series. It will explore what happens to Sarah after the end of T2 when she goes on the run.

Friedman told Variety, "There's going to be a healthy dose of both (action and family drama)."

Well, from the title you can see that it's "THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES" which is good because it does NOT imply that there will be terminators in the series. I can see the govt trying to track down Sarah to get more information out of her about the future. We know that in T2 they found the future technology, who's to say that's the only piece they found??? Also, I cannot believe that a corporation that size didn't have off-sight backup tapes of every freaking thing out there. This has promise.

Anyway... I agree with some of the other posters for THE REAL TOPIC that what happens after T3 would be really cool to see, but I think this inbetween area has real promise showing how Sarah eluded the authorities and continued to train and protect John.

Or Jez, the series could slowly build up to the events in T3 showing how Sarah has to delay the inevitable while she makes sure that John is ready to take over.
