Make This a Better World for Maniacs - Feb 12, 2008 - 06:32pm
I'm very old school.
I came to cinescape when Patrick Sauriol sold Coming Attractions to them.
I was frustrated at first, but soon learned to cope.
Eventually I got over the format change.
Then Patrick disappeared altogether. And so did the feeling that I was getting cutting edge news. But still, I was comfortable. And I liked some of the features.
Like I like the guy that used to do the DVD columns. I even won a few things from him. No offense, but there's too much unsubstantiated opinion and amateur editorializing now (in the DVD column).
I really dig Kurt Amacker's column, which makes me think it will probably be the next thing to go.
Hey, you asked.
I still check this site every day and hope to do so for years to come.
First Trailer for M.Night's HAPPENING - Feb 05, 2008 - 04:55pm

Ponyboy should show some love for real indie filmmaking and check out the Signal in theaters Feb 22nd.
That being said, I'm interested in seeing this.
I like Night's films.
