SCOOP: War of the Machines?

Yesterday we reported on the new PC game based on TERMINATOR 3. Atari Games reported that TERMINATOR 3: RISE OF THE MACHINES would ship this fall, offering both single-player and multi-player missions for gamers.

Today we were scooped that the true working title of the game is TERMINATOR 3: WAR OF THE MACHINES -- which makes a kind of sense since the game's action takes place in the future war time and not present day. Our scooper also cryptically mentioned that the plan is to have the game ready for release in tandem with the future DVD release of T3. Since the movie hasn't even opened in theaters yet (July 2), Warner Bros. hasn't released any information about when we can expect to see T3 on DVD but we're betting it will be sometime this fall.
