Scott up against MR. WOODCOCK

THE RUNDOWN's Seann William Scott is in negotiations to play the lead role in MR. WOODCOCK. Craig Gillespie is directing the New Line Cinema comedy and Billy Bob Thornton has already been cast in the film.

Scott would play a guy that returns back to his hometown to try and stop his mother from marrying the high school gym teacher (Thornton), a guy that made his life hell when he was back in school.
