Beyond the recently released first teaser poster for Scream 4, it seems we have another Ghostface sighting to pass along to you awesome readers from the Michigan set. And the iconic slasher looks exactly like he did in the previous three installments. Perhaps as a sign that director Wes Craven is clued in on the social networking trends of today, the helmer released the below pic on his Flickr page.
The fourth installment--rumored first of a new trilogy--stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, Anthony Anderson and Marielle Jaffe. Craven is returning to direct for Dimension Films from a script by the original writer Kevin Williamson.
For obvious reasons, we have no plot concept to pass along Maniacs. Craven likes to keep his "Scream" story secrets/plot twists to himself. Earlier reports suggested it focused on a Cox family dynamic and the reemergence of Ghostface.
Scream 4 will slash its way into theaters April 15, 2011.

But I am a little excited about this, thanks to the return of Wes Craven.
We dont need a plot. Some person or people are dressed up in the Ghost Face outfit and starts stabbing people as the original cast try and figure out who it is again. My guess is Hayden Panatierre will play the first victim like Drew Barrymore did. The killer(s) reveals himself in the end and somehow does a gruesome death. *BAM*
