No SCREAM 4 in the works

SCREAM scribe Ehren Kruger announces no future projects in the works

Sorry SCREAM fans. Screenwriter Ehren Kruger (SCREAM 3, RING) revealed during an interview to promote THE RING that there wouldn't be a SCREAM 4 appearing in theatres in the near or far future.

"No, [I won't be writing SCREAM 4]," states Kruger. "To the best of my knowledge, no one is working on that project. To the best of my knowledge there is no project."

Kruger is currently working on a genre script that is close to having a director attached and going into pre-production, as well as working on a ghost story that is still in the development phase.

THE RING opens October 18.
