SDCC Watch: Marky Max and Keanu Klaatu!

Call me crazy, but Keanu Reeves may have made a better Max Payne than Marky Mark... Not that he's is necessarily a bad choice.

YES KEANU WOULD BE A GOOD MAX PAYNE BUT SO WILL MARK WAHLBERG. BUT I GUESS WE'LL HAVE TO SEE SINCE THEY WON'T DO THE SAME MOVIE TWICE JUST BECAUSE MARK ISN'T GOOD.

Who is Marky Mark?? Sounds more like some kid trying to be a rap star. I know whis Mark Wahlberg the talented movie star though.

You bring up a good observation sportwarrior. It might fit as Keanu (although not his invention) is closely associated with the "bullet time" effect. I don't know if they'll do that in the movie version of the game but for those of you who haven't played it the "bullet time" effect is such an intrical part of the game that you gain time as your hour glass fills up than you hit the designated button and when in "bullet time" you can gain better control of your dives, shooting, aiming, and such. In some cases it was almost impossible to pass certain levels with out it. Just thinking about Wahlberg doing that is kind of . . . well maybe a trailer would help. I keep thinking about 'The Big Hit'. I enjoyed the movie for what it was. On the other hand I think that Wahlberg can play the "on-the-ragged-edge-destroyed-cop-with-nothing-to-lose" Max Payne where as I think of Keanu as more of a pretty boy.

Max Payne is crap! The movie is going to suck. Why do they wish to have that shit upon us!!??? Hitman was crap, so will be this.
