Since numerous bootleg trailers keep popping up on Youtube (and pulled down afterwards), Paramount and Steven Spielberg have premiered the new trailer for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull just a day after it came attached with Iron Man. You can check out the new trailer in HD at the official website. Click on that link, hit "Videos", then "Trailers" and "Trailer #2".

The fourth film in the iconic franchise stars Harrison Ford, Shia LaBeouf, Cate Blanchett, Ray Winstone, Karen Allen, John Hurt and Jim Broadbent. Director Steven Spielberg was once again behind the camera, based on a screenplay by David Koepp and Jeff Nathanson.

Plot Summary: Famed archaeologist/adventurer Dr. Henry "Indiana" Jones is called back into action when he becomes entangled in a Soviet plot to uncover the secret behind a mysterious artifact known as the Crystal Skull.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull hits theaters May 22, 2008.

Seen it, loved it...The trailer that is, not the movie it has not come out yet, just in case some of you thought I meant the movie, I didn't, I meant the trailer at the movie theaters with Iron Man...

Great trailer; saw it with Iron Man. This is going to be such a great summer for movies!

All right the new trailer has John Hurt in it. I thought he was playing Abner Ravenwood? Marion's father. I remember reading that on the IMDB site under the Crystal Skull. Now he is billed as "Professor Oxley". Anyone else see him billed as Abner early on?

themovielord, I have the answer. I interviewed Karen Allen for CinePREMIERE magazine (Mexico), and she told me that IMDB was wrong: there is no Abner Ravenwood on Indy 4, since he is already DEAD (believe me, I asked her). I saw that credit on IMDB like you, but it was incorrect.

For the record, she is an incredible woman... I LOVE HER!

Any info on IMDB should always be taken with a grain of salt since anyone and their grand mother can add info there. Now just 3 weeks to go till Indy 4, can't wait.

Yeah, when I saw this before Iron-man, I was thinking, "Finally a trailer that tells us the story." that and "Can't wait till this comes out." The embarrasing line is my favorite part. Now that's Dr. Jones. . . . . . . . .
I'd like to believe this will be #1 at the box office, but probably been to long for most people.

When we saw Iron Man today, they only showed the first trailer for Indy 4, so I was very disappointed. At least Iron Man itself kicked ass though.

And just wondering, but do the special effects in Indy 4 look not so good to anyone else? Especially all the scenes where they are driving vehicles? OMG it looks terrible! Bad blue screen or green screen effects just don't live up to the good old days of actual driving stunts. It saddens me to see yet another good film overtaken by CGI over use.

Yup, looks like an Indiana Jones movie. As long as there are no 10 year old kids karate kicking 300 pound guards (Temple of Doom) I think this might be a winner.

I'm with you ultrazilla, some of the trailer feels like an Indy movie and some of it doesnt...But I'll be there opening day none the less.

"Raiders Of The Lost Ark" and "The Temple Of Doom" sure did the job back in the 80s. One severely uninteresting third act and almost a quarter of a century later, this movie will hopefully turn out to be a pleasant surprise.
