Two genre films have shifted their release dates, so here we are to tell you. The spy thriller BALLISTIC: ECKS VS. SEVER, starring Antonio Banderas and Lucy Liu has been moved up a week, and will now hit screens September 20. The other film, the sequel to 2001's SHANGHAI NOON, SHANGHAI KNIGHTS, starring again Owen Wilson and Jackie Chan, has been shifted back three months from it's original December release to February of 2003. No word from Touchstone on reasons for the KNIGHTS shift.
