I've got Timecop on a bluray double feature set along with Bloodsport.  Others I liked from JCVD are Lionheart, Hard Target and Sudden Death.  For me, those are his top five.

Hanso, I so agree with your view on Street Fighter, that is easily not only one of VD's worst outings but one of the worst movies ever!!  To his credit, VD did say in a magazine interview that at some point during the production he knew it was going to suck.  On a few side notes,  The movie still made money worldwide with about $99 million against a $35 million budget.  It was also Raul Julia's last movie, which he did garner critical praise for his acting and the movie is dedicated to him.

I think VD accepted roles in too many bad films when should've demanded better scripts.  I think the turning point for him in terms of his career downward spiral was after Sudden Death came out.  Even though I really enjoyed it and thought it was one of his best, it tanked at the box office and so did most of his others that followed and that lead him into straight to video territory.  Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, he still was making a living and among them was Replicant, where he gave what I thought was his best acting.

I won't apologize for liking Van Damme movies.  I watch all kinds of movies for many different reasons.  Sometimes you want Filet Mignon and other times nothing's better than a Strawberry Twizzler.

Presently I think "Double Impact," is my favorite.  Two Van Dammes are twice as cheesy. The film also gave us a typical solid performance by pro Geoffrey Lewis a rematch between Jean Claude and Bolo Yeung, and a tacky scene with former Ms. Olympia Corrie Everson and Alonna Shaw

Keith, I thought Raul Julia was terribly miscast in Street Fighter.  Nothing against the guy but M.Bison he was not.

i agree with your top 5 except I have Double Impact instead of Lionheart.  I do like Lionheart and ocassionally Ill watch the last fight on youtube just to hear Van Damme say "Wrong bet!" And the black guy screaming a"Lionheart!!"

Do you guys remember the trailer for "Double Impact"?

"It's double the action!!! Double the Van-Dammage!!!"

Classic!

Another vote for Double Impact. It's my favorite of his and it doesn't hurt that the lead chick was super hot, Cory played a super hot Lesbian and Geoffrey Lewis to boot with another Bolo fight. Shit, I wouldn't even remember Expendables 2 if it wasn't for him. That movie was total crap except for him.

Winning!

Honorable mention to Knock Off. I can always watch it when it's on and Paul Sorvino getting blown up by jean rivets is always funny.
