THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER notes that Universal Pictures and Imagine Entertainment are moving forward with the scripts for both CURIOUS GEORGE and THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING MAN.

The writing team for MONSTERS, INC., Dan Gerson and Robert L. Baird, are rewriting the CGI-animated monkey pic, while Thomas Lennon and Robert Ben Garant will redo the script for SHRINKING.

THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING MAN is set to be directed by Keenan Ivory Wayans and to star Eddie Murphy.
