In the opening olympic ceremony Daniel Craig as James Bond meets the actual Queen Elizebeth and escorts her to the games, pretty funny.

Love how cool and calm he looks as he lands from the jump on his feet only to slightly adjust his cuffs....the parachute scene with the Queen yesterday was quite amusing too.

 Dare I say... I am just not a Bond fan.

But the train scene was pretty amusing.

Oh yeah, definitely there opening day. As for the Olympics, that was pretty funny with the queen parachuting in.

 Well, no one can complain about them not tossing in the "cheese factor".  Jumping down into a blown up train and straightening his cuffs is up there with Brosnan adjusting his bowtie under water.  Not that I'm complaining.  That is old school movie Bond.  

As far as the Olympics...could the Brits gay up the opening ceremonies more?  From their industrial rise, to the countries they conquered, to a bunch of guys in top hats who couldn't dance, to Mary Poppins and Harry Potter.  Toss in Mr. Bean and Bond.  And, that sour puss of non authority.  Makes perfect sense.  England...Bejing called...they own you.  

 Um, since Bond is in Asia...would it hurt to have an Asian Bond girl?  Just saying.  Looks very pretty.  Much better than QOS shakey cam.
