SLITHER DVD To Be Crammed Full

The upcoming DVD release of Slither will be crammed full. James Gunn, the director of Slither, released a huge list of the extras on ... get this ... his MySpace page.

Some of the extras included are: a commentary track from Gunn and Nathan Fillion, a gag reel, a roast of Fillion, the wrap party, and as many deleted scenes as the DVD could hold.

"There's actually a great 'meat-filing' scene with Michael Rooker as Grant, where he goes to the basement, and he files meat to the tune of a pop song," Gunn said. "It's a lot of fun, and it's the only thing the studio asked me to cut. But I like the scene, and I don't know if it was the right move to take it out or not, but it's on the DVD, so you'll be able to see it."

The DVD looks to be released in October, but no date has been set in stone as of yet.
