The CW has released two images tonight's zombie-rific episode of 'Smallville'. Check out Lois and Tess suffering the ill effects of Zod's machinations. But first here's the summary of "Rabid", the third episode of season 9:
ZOD UNLEASHES A VIRUS INTO METROPOLIS — Zod (Callum Blue) and his soldiers release a virus into the air that turns humans into zombies. The only way to stop it is to make an antidote from the blood of another Kryptonian. After Lois (Erica Durance) is infected, Chloe (Allison Mack) pleads with Clark (Tom Welling) to donate his blood to stop the epidemic, even though it risks outing him to Zod. Michael Rohl directed the episode written by Jordan Hawley.
"Rabid" airs Friday, October 9th at 8pm on The CW.

Why is it they wait until the last few seasons to make the show exciting again?, oh well, at least its worth watching again, can't wait for all the heros to be back on the show. and can't wait for Lex to be back, though it probable wont be until the last few eps.
Cool clip, wouldn't it just be easier to knock lois out and then take care of the zombies. I guess that would take away from the story.
Oh, Don't ya'll worry. Smallville will be back to sucking real soon. They just can't help themselves.
