It seems the first set photos from Snow White and the Huntsman will waste no time in pointing out how different this fairy tale will be from the Snow Whites of our past. Unless you remember the title character wearing battle armor while riding a horse in a cavalry. Production for the Universal Pictures release is taking place Marloes Sands in Pembrokeshire and we have our first look images of lead star Kristen Stewart in her iron outfit courtesy of PopSugar. The adventure will star Stewart, Charlize Theron, Sam Claflin, Chris Hemsworth, Ray Winstone, Ian McShane, Eddie Izzard, Bob Hoskins, Toby Jones, Eddie Marsan, Stephen Graham, Ray Winstone, Lily Cole, Sam Spruell, Liberty Ross and Noah Huntley. Helmer Rupert Sanders is leading the direction, based on a screenplay by Evan Spiliotopoulos and Hossein Amini.
Snow White and the Huntsman rides into theaters June 1, 2012.
Wow, yet another mania thread where I have the pleasure of commenting on first! I find this version of Snow White is a refreshing take on the classic story. Who knows how it will turn out but it's good that they'll at least attempt a different spin on the story.

Yeah, you're not alone, my friend, I too think that Kristin Stewart is very attractive, I've seen her in a bikini bottom not long ago so she is a hottie for sure...she has sex appeal for sure!
Well, as I was saying, you both can have her. She always looks sickly, bloated, and like she wishes she was somewhere better with more people fawning over her.
As for the photos, are these rejected set/action pieces from Ridley Scott's Robin Hood? Looks like the same fragging beach
Lastly, Wise, I thought Tarsem was doing a snow white too? If so, why can't he have this cast minus stewart? Hemsworth, Mcshane, Winstone? Maybe if I close my eyes to stewart, I can enjoy the flick
True, true Stewart is a tight little package! Hopefully her acting improves a little more, and she does not maintain the same void of emotions as in twilight.
Ummm... I'm HALF in agreement with you, Wise. I am looking somewhat forward to this (pending a trailer). I do not, however, find Kristen Stewart attractive in the least.
It'll be nice to see Kristen Stewart act socially awkward in a different time period.
