I really enjoyed this one. It was great to see they hadn't lost a step.

But am I the only one that thinks Crixus is getting in worse shape each season?

It's been a difficult transition from Andy to Liam, but Liam has done well.  The cast change I still have problems with is Navia.  The spark of love and chemistry that grew between Crixus and Navia in Blood and Sand and Gods of the Arena is long gone.  The change in actress just leaves their arc together dull and tedious.  I really wish they would have just killed Navia in the mines and had Crixus have to deal with the loss of his great love the same as Spartacus.  It could've been a way to have the 2 bond even more in the losses of their loves.

Looking forward to see how this all wraps up this season.  Should be fun.

 Redhairs, there is a rumor of a spinoff from this that follows Crassus, Pompey and Ceasar's rise and consolidation of power. 

Great episode and it's nice to see a roman with some measure of honor, I think Crassus will be a pretty worthy foil in the final season.

Good episode, but I still miss John Hannah. He was my favorite part of season one and the prequel.

Did you not recognize her from last season?  Because Naevia is the same actress from season 2.  They made the switch after the prequel series.

 I thought the spin off was more focused on Caesar's rise, and fall.

Huh, you're right.  That's odd. She just didn't look familiar for some reason.

What's funny is that they are both three-named actresses, though.
