"Spider-Man 3" clip coming with next "Heroes"

one thing bother me, I actually read spidey comics for almost 15 years, from the begining to the mid of 90s. In the movie after two episode the black suit already arrive....In the comics it was far away from the begining....So many missing story between...

exfan......I completely understand what you are saying....and I have to tell you....this movie will not live up to it's hype....I think Spider-man 3 will fail.

How do you get that Spiderman will fail, because its missing a few stories and people are hyping it up?
Exfan, it would be impossible for them to go through every big Spiderman story. Also try explaining to the general non comic reading public that Spidey got the suit because he was sent to planet to be in a Secret War by a being called the Beyonder. It just wouldn't work. Believe me, I wish they could go through every Spidey tail from his feud with Kingpin and Sinister Six, to Kraven the Hunter. Its just not in the cards, so Raimi who is a big fan himself is putting in stuff where he can. We can all sit and Juxtapose all we want but at the end of the day some things can be done and some can`t. I mean would I have loved them to follow the comic and have Peter fall in love with Gwen Stacy first and have her be killed by being thrown off a bridge by Green Goblin? Hell yeah. Am I a little confused as to why they are bringing in Stacy now? Yes, but this movie regardless will Rock the Bells!
The only reason someone could say that this movie would fail is if they didn't like the first 2 movies, because if they did, then there is no basis for their argument. Both movies have lived up to the hype, so I believe this one will. You won`t know until you see it, so call me crazy, but I`m going to reserve judgement until then.

Hey COLLECTOR... what do ya sya we throw some money where that sphincter of an mouth is... or even just a gentlemans bet... I bet you that Spiderman 3 will be a huge hit.... If not I will shave the words Collector rules into the back of my head. As far as Exfan goes... They are just giving the fans what they want... Last time I checked there was nothing wrong with that.

I'm with Pony on this. More importantly, and confusingly so, I'm also with KJ on this. SM3 is going to be a great movie. I have complete faith in Raimi. He's delivered for us with the first two movies. What reason is there to believe he won't deliver again? I'm VERY excited about SM3. I'll be there opening day, regardless of what theCOLLECTOR says. Buzzkill.

By "failing" I take it you mean it will "only" make 200 - 250 mil. as opposed to 300 + ?

I, for one, can't wait for this movie.

I am excited for this movie and I expect it to do very well. I will be dissapointed if there isnt at least a little glimpse of venom, who knows what we shall see in the movie. Also I highly doubt the clip shown during heroes will add anything more to what we already know about the movie. Lets hope I am wrong.

I've been a fan of Spiderman is the age of 9 and when the first two films came out, I was pleasently thrilled. I enjoyed them to the core, Raimi is an awesome director.
S3 will be exciting to see and witness, I heard in the grapevine that if this film does really well there might be a fourth.
Not only does Spidey rules but Venom does too.

I think this movie is going to be huge.

I've been a fan of Spiderman comics for years before the films came out, and I have had no problem with the liberties Raimi has taken. He did what he had to to bring the character to the screen. I have faith in him.

DvlDrvr, I am hoping for at least a quick glimpse or SOMETHING of Venom. I think we are due.
