The cover of Comic-Con magazine, promoting the upcoming Comic-Con International in San Diego, sports a photo of actor Samuel L. Jackson in full costume and makeup as The Octopus from the upcoming movie 'The Spirit'.
The magazine's cover errouneously calls the photo "your first look at" the character, although the first officially sanctioned photos of Jackson in the film debuted on internet last month. On the Comic-Con cover he is definitely sporting a more flamboyant super-villain look.
The magazine, which can be downloaded in PDF form at the link below, contains an extensive Q & A with director Frank Miller, as well as a tribute to Will Eisner.
