Stallone to ROCKY on?

E! ONLINE reports that Rocky Balboa will be returning to the ring for a sixth time, if actor Sylvester Stallone's negotiations with MGM conclude successfully. The last film came out in 1990 and was the least financially successful of the series.

Stallone is looking at writing, directing, producing, and acting in the film, as he did for the first in the string. The original producers, Irwin Winkler and Robert Chartoff, are "purportedly" returning as well.
