I hope these are just dress uniforms.  If we don't have the traditional red, gold and blue, then how will we know who is going to die ahead of time???

Looking forward to this.  Hope it is as much fun as its predecessor (yeah, I know that's a touchy subject with some of you maniacs, but that's how I feel)!

 Pegg, as much as I admire him, and his sidekick can be replaced.  I've watched Scotty and Simon, gawd love him, is no Scotty.  He is a red shirt at best.  

Yeah, just dress uniforms, I'm thinking...I remember in the leaked video of Spock fighting the then un-named villain, and said villain managed to break out of the Vulcan nerve pinch, Spock was indeed wearing his traditional blue science/medical uniform.  These just look like the standard red cadet uniforms from the first one, only gray and with hats.  

And Simon Pegg a red shirt?  The man who saved his girlfriend from zombies and saved an entire town from THE GREATER GOOD?...I THINK NOT, SIR...but yeah, I love him, but he's not Scotty, entirely...would have loved to see his take on Trelane though.
