SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was wicked funny tombaker. As soon as Pike said Olsen’s name I was thinking “Red Shirt”. Then Mrs. Baloney turned to me with a “Nice red shirt” when he came onscreen. We were joking on the way home that moving forward all the Red Shirts should be named Olsen. Ensign Olsen. Lt. Olsen. Mr. Olsen

Tombaker, you made me cough up my milk. I just saw it and was just blown away by everything else that I didn't even think about that. LMAO!! It was a great movie! I`ve never been a huge Trek fan but have gone to see every flick and this was an awesome come back for the franchise. I know the purists will be pissed at some of the changes but I think it is something that they had to do in order to continue making Trek movies. The old formula was not working. Chris Pine was great as Kirk. He had a very human quality that Shatner`s Kirk never had or at least didn't show as much. Kirk always kicked ass and Pine's Kirk got his ass kicked like 4 times in this movie. It just made him more vulnerable and more endearing to the audience in my opinion. Quinto was awesome as Spock and Urban was the perfect Bones.
I think I`ll probably go see it again, before Terminator Salvation comes out.

I really liked the way they moved ST into a different direction. The timeline has totally been changed and had been as soon as Nero showed up those 25 years ago.
