Through the official Star Wars website, Lucas revealed that the post-production effects work for the film is currently at the half-way point.Inside Buzz:
Sure, it's gonna make lots of money, but will it also earn respect for Lucas? The first few trailers suggest a much different tone than the ill-concieved THE PHANTOM MENACE. As for how all this will come off, obviously trailers won't effectively show that. Hard core fans are hopeful that Lucas can demonstrate that he knows what he's doing after the first overwhelming misstep... and given that film's DVD sales, the rest of us will be there to see it no matter what.Release Date:
