Ahhh, the memories of the 80's toys compared to today...some are better today but the feeling isn't the same (the obvious is that I ain't 8 years old anymore but still).

I still have the original playset packed away somewhere, and it was a great toy to play with.  I had/have a TON of original Star Wars toys.  Don't know what the parents were thinking as I wasn't worth all the money they spent on them/me.  :)

Never knew Jabba had a tattoo.  Guess you do learn something new every day.

Although I had lots of other Star Wars stuff, I never had this set, but some friends of mine did.  Wow...the memories these things bring back!

I've still got too much Star Wars "stuff" packed away in storage! I need to sell it all!!

i had the original jabba set and have to admit it was one of my faves of the old stuff and have to agree the throne is a lot cooler this time along with Oola. for manage to pick up my own set.  and its one of the cool pieces  in my display.
