No way, it was his stand in, he got their five minutes later and asked what he'd missed, then headbutted the skiff like Officer Tackleberry after he missed the 'gunplay'...

I think Boba Fett should be made on a tight budget and go for an R rating...

I had to add spaces so... take the spaces away.

This was awesome.

I agree on the low budget for Boba Fett. I think it should be set up really raw, like Pitch Black. Sure there were effects in it, but even those were pretty bare-bones, with a lot of practical stuff. I'd love to see that kind of take for Boba Fett.

It won't be rated R, though. Star Wars has always been targeted for kids - always has, always will. PG-13 is the strongest they'll go.

I'm curious about these, but I have a feeling it will become overkill.  I love Star Wars, but don't want it run into the ground to the point that many fans tire of it...

That's the thing about the Expanded Universe.  They have done a tremendous job of taking minor characters and fleshing out full detail lives and adventures with these characters.  Whether it is Ki-Adi-Mundi, or Quinlan Vos or Wedge Antillies.

What they're talking about here is what was done with the Clone Wars, which has a feature length movie and going on five seasons.  Not that I'm against Boba Fett or Obi-Wan but as long as the quality is good, they can crack out a load of these.  Shaak-Ti, Lando, Crix Madine, Jango Fett, Mace Windu, Biggs Darklighter, etc.  Marvel has been making feature length films for over 40 years.  They finally hit their stride in the last few years.  There's no reason why Star Wars cannot have the same longevity.

Did anyone watch Boba Fett escapes the Sarlac on Youtube?

I think it's pretty good.

Um, I could really do without an origin story about Han Solo.  I don't care how he was raised. I don't care to see the card game where he won the Falcon.  I don't need to see how he met his loyal dog.  I'm okay with accepting he was a pirate who shot his enemies in the gut.  That is why he was cool.  Telling his backstory...not so cool.

Personally I'd like to see anything, movie or book, featuring a young Yoda, back during his adventuring days before he became a Jedi Master
