Except for the Bloodsucking Cinema special, those are movies that have been showing on Starz for months. They do this every year. I want to see stuff that hasn't been on in a while. And speaking of horror, what the hell happened with The Horror Channel???

They show these movies all of the time anyway, so what's the big deal? Now, if they'd show the original Dawn of the Dead and some older creepy movies like The Changeling, Ghost Story, The House That Dripped Blood, and like movies that we don't get to see much, that would be great! As it is, this is no big deal and doesn't make me want to tune in.

What a craptastic, uninspired lineup. I enjoyed some of those movies. But I think they should dig deeper in the archives for stuff we haven't seen ad nauseam on cable recently.

How about "My Bloody Valentine" or "Opera" or "Happy Birthday to Me" or "Martin" or "The Sentinal" (the 1977 version) or Argento's "Zombi" and Fulco's "Zombi 2". What about "It's Alive" or "Silent Night, Deadly Night" or "The Burning" or "Basket Case" or "Bloodsucking Freaks". You know... something FUN!

Why didn't they check with me first??

Its like a list of Michael Bay favorites. A lineup of movies only a PIGFORMERS fan could love.

Lister, this is STARZ, they dont HAVE an archive to dig deeper into... in fact STARZ really cant show older type movies like House that Dripped Blood... that would be Turner Classics or Encore (heck, even Encore is limited to what they can show)

STARZ pays for certain movies for certain months but the movies are all recent releases (2004-2006 I think... maybe a few '03's) Encore can dip back into the 70's 80's and 90's.

hey Jarrod, can Mania post what FEARNET will be showing for the month of October? I watch A LOT of Fearnet on Demand and am really liking the prequel to 30 days of Night set in New Orleans!!!
