Kids' WB! series Static Shock has been nominated for two Daytime Emmy Awards. Static Shock was nominated in the Outstanding Special Class Animated Program, where it will compete with Disney's Fillmore, Duck Dodgers, Ozzie & Drix, Rolie, Olie, Polie and Tutenstein. The series, based on the Milestone Comics character, was also nominated for Outstanding Achievement in Music Direction And Composition. Kids' WB!'s X-Men: Evolution was nominated in Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing - Live Action and Animation. The Daytime Emmy Awards will be broadcast live on NBC on May 21, from New York City's Radio City Music Hall on May 21 from 9-11 p.m.
