No comment bout thehospital/nursing home scene???  that one was also  an eye opener and came out of no where!!

I knew those flashback scenes would be coming any day now... they can make a whole other show out of those flashbacks alone!!!

Yeah I was waiting for the flashbacks, thought they would go back a lil further but maybe they still will.

The one thing that stuck with me about the episode was when Abraham was making eggs and toast - whose house were they at? Was that supposed to be Eph's place? Because Abe was being very neat with everything, he even washed the pot.

The book series never really grabbed me. I read the first book and muddled though the second but didn't bother with the third.  The main character just didn't click with me.

I like this show. When the episode is over I want to see more. I don't care that they haven't shown the eclipse yet. Obviously that will be saved for closer to the finale. Patience.

hadn't read any books before, but was curious about them by the tv show.

now, knowing what happens, it feels like a different experience than watching the first two episodes in the dark, i'm looking forward to how it all plays out on the screen!

I watch every episode twice. That's how damn good they are. They are moving it slow in the show, keeping their own pace, and that clashes with the comic, where they can jump ahead faster. Comparing with other adaptations, I still think this is the best one.

I consider this to be the Wake-Up Call episode. Now the sickness is being widely seen and known about and there is no denying it. I'm really curious to see how the authorities take to reports from rat catchers and nursing home attendants. I haven't read the books but I'm sure next week's show will be some organizing to combat the threat. Whether they consider it to truly be vampirism or just some kind of rabies we'll have to see.

Not feeling this yet.  Don't care about any of the characters and the monsters (Vampires?)  lack the  frightening quality that is born out of intelligent evil.  Other than The Master these things seem quite stupid like zombie's with tongue erections. I'll give it a couple of more episodes to pique my interest.

Phhh! The author of this article doesn't know anything about the show, Abraham and Eph didn't have some sit down time over omelettes!  It was scrambled eggs and toast!  I'm outraged.

The person I care the most for is Abe. I actually dislike Eph. I hope the exterminator guys becomes Abe's apprentice and they take care of all the nasties in the sewer. To be honest, I enjoyed this episode the best out of the entire run. The backstory for Abe was well-timed, and the show is gaining steam. We are only halfway through and it has my attention...
