From Chicago Business:

Drivers and commuters traveling through certain downtown streets Wednesday evening will be detoured for the filming of "The Dark Knight," the latest installment in the series of Batman films.

The street closures are scheduled to continue until early Monday morning, according to Chicago's Department of Transportation. Some streets will also have restricted parking.

Van Buren Street from Franklin to Clinton streets will be closed starting at 6 p.m. Wednesday and reopen at 9:30 p.m. Upper Wacker Drive from Van Buren to Adams Street will be closed from 7 to 9:30 p.m., and Lower Wacker Drive will be closed from Harrison Street to Michigan Avenue from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Chicago is serving as the movie's fictional Gotham City, as it did in the 2005 film "Batman Begins." Cast and crew have been in Chicago since June and are expected to shoot until September.
