Mouse steals number one spot from TOY STORY 2. By Steve Biodrowski

Columbia Pictures' mouse epic succeeded in toppling TOY STORY from the #1 position at the box office this weekend. The film took in $15.4-million for its debut showing, easily surpassing the competition.
In second place for the second weekend in a row was Warner Bros.' THE GREEN MILE, which dropped 30%, earning $12.6-million.
Falling to third place was Disney's TOY STORY 2, which took a 34% hit, with earnings of $12.1-million
In fourth was the weekend's other big debut, Touchstone's BICENTENNIAL MAN, which had a relatively week opening, with $8.3-million.
Fifth and place were taken by non-genre films (DUECE BIGELOW and ANNA AND THE KING). In seventh place was MGM's THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH. With a 35% drop, the film still earned $4-million. It's cumulative gross is now passed the $100-million blockbuster mark.
Edging a bit ahead of END OF DAYS was Paramount's SLEEPY HOLLOW, which took the #8 position with $3-million, down 35% from the previous weekend.
Falling 39% was Universal's END OF DAYS, which took the #9 slot with $2.9-million.
Rounding out the Top Ten was Universal's THE BONE COLLECTOR, which fell 41%, to earn an even $1-million.
