Stuart Rosenberg passes away

Director Stuart Rosenberg passed away from a heart attack at his home in California on Thursday.  He was 79.

Rosenberg was best known for his work on Cool Hand Luke and The Amityville Horror, but also directed various episodes of classic TV shows such as The Untouchables and The Twilight Zone.

Rosenberg is survived by his wife Margot and his assistant editor son Benjamin Rosenberg.
