Readers will either hate this title or love it.  If I laugh aloud through most of the book, does that make me a pervert?

Probably, especially when the raunch factor kicks up a few notches with this volume.

 What They Say
More torture, teasing, and humiliation from Kurumi ensues, but Hideo's crush on his tormentor only worsens! When nasty rumors start flying about Kurumi's promiscuity, Hideo finds the source and sets things straight. But even he can't explain the mysterious pair of men's shoes in her apartment.

Meanwhile, the Roman Club accepts a bet from the sneaky class president which involves wandering through a haunted graveyard and playing a creepy game of hide-and-seek in the school after dark. And the love bug launches a surprise attack on Hideo's Roman Club crony Tatsuya when he stands up for the buxom Kyouko, who's sick and tired of being abused by her boyfriend.

The Review!
Not all the members of the Roman Club are maturing, but the others are really beginning to grow as people.  Katsu has begun to appreciate big boobs on real girls.  Well having a crush on busty Kyouko will help a fascination like that along.  Kyouko even seems to be changing into a more accepting person.  She hangs out with the Roman Club all the time, of her free will even.  Kurumi hasn’t really changed, but that isn’t her role in the scheme of things.  Hideo on the other hand, has really begun to grow out of his shell.

No longer the squirmy little weakling, Hideo is quicker to take on Kurumi’s challenges and anyone that messes with his friends.  First, he goes after a tough ass punk to make him apologize to Kurumi.  Next, he jumps right into a street fight alongside Katsu and the Ex-Club President to protect Kyouko’s honor.  Finally, without even thinking about it, he attempts any challenge Kurumi throws his way.  Some of these challenges even show that he has grown physically stronger.

While Kurumi has changed relatively little, Hideo has learned a few things about her.  She seems to be a physically weak person, despite her mature demeanor.  Maybe she is just anemic, but she does miss school and collapse on almost a regular basis.  No big deal as far as Hideo is concerned.  The one thing that is a big deal is the strange man’s shoes Hideo sees in Kurumi’s doorway one day.  Surely, they are just there to scare burglars away.  Surely, the rumors about her being seen with an older man that couldn’t be her father are not true.  Then, what about the guy wearing those same shoes that Hideo bumps into in front of Kurumi’s home?  Could Hideo’s dream girl be sleeping with an older guy for rent money?

The progression of this story has surpassed my initial impressions.  Character growth wasn’t really something I expected to see in a story about masturbating, so I’ve been pleasantly surprised.  Oh don’t worry; there are still all the hilarious sexual situations.  Kyouko spits and doesn’t swallow, Hideo likes being on the receiving end of watersports, the Ex-Club President is still searching for people to look at his bunghole, and Hideo even manages to accidentally come on Tatsuya’s prized doll.  Good times for all, well everyone but Tatsuya.
