Just commenting on the 'done right' part. Done right, even the worst hero could make a good film! But apparently it's extremely hard to make a good film! I do dissagree with the female heroines are lame remark. I for one would love to see a WW film! Hell, I would even settle for a Supergirl, Batgirl, Powergirl, Spiderwoman, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, Hawkgirl....and on and on! Can't get enough superhero films, women or otherwise!

Yea, I disagree with the superheroines being lame sentiment.

I mean along with being a heroine, their lives come with all sorts of issues that come with just being a woman. A ton of material to mine and make a great movie.

Excuse me Taylor Swift but..............  BEYONCE would be the greatest Supergirl of ALL TIME!!! ALL TIME!!!

Megan Fox can pull off Wonder Woman. Sorry nerds, but I like her even if ya'll don't.

And no Swamp Thing. We have a Swamp Thing movie that I didn't like as a kid. Just a boring character.

Fox is hot, but she's no wonderwoman.  And I was grumpy when I wrote that, but think about what female superhero movies we've had.  They all suck.
