I may not be a big Superman fan but I hope the new film is much better than the last one. Personally I would accept a great supervillian for the part.

Spiderman I do care for but a reboot is weird, it'll be interesting to see though.

Looking forward to see Batman 3 one day, they are putting out casting calls for it all ready.

i think Nolan should to Superman, and give Zack Snyder BATMAN!!!

Nooooooooooooooooooooo Not Zack Synder!! I wish someone could tell me what they see in his directing. For me he's everything that is wrong with cinema today, all flash bang, whizzy camera angles, slo-mos overload, style without the substance.

Out of the list of Superman directors, the only one on the list I am supportive of is Duncan Jones. He seems to be a more character oriented director than anyone else on the list. If it's Tony Scott, I will hunt down Chris Nolan and smack him upside the head personally. Tony Scott is awful. Truly truly awful. I don't even want him directing Nemesis, and I don't even really like that series.

Snyder FTW, but it is interesting to see this list they all have different styles and would make a very different movie from the others. Scott would be my 2nd choice.

Still not convinced with the All-Star Superman movie.

ok all here we  go , I personally think Zack would do a great job, mainly due to the fact that he very faithful to source material, that being said the source material is dated for the early superman stuff, I also really hope Nolan and Goyer were smart enough to not make this another rehashed origin story. I think we all agree unless you stick Luthor in his power suit we dont want to see it, or at least make him the evil mastermind he is suppose to be. Its just embarassing to have this great villian reduced to a petty thief. Make the character someone who is aworthy adversary for Supes. Keeping with Supes All Star Superman the comic series had amazing art from frank Quietly which  I think really seperated it from other titles at the time and my only issue with the trailer is that it seems that the animated version lacks that. DC has done a great job of capturing the essense of the source material thus far so I will cut them slack on for now.

Green Lantern , who would nt love to see Guy Gardner, , I could careless about the other two, Im  big Lateren Fan and I always loved what an ass Guy was, My only comment would be this I wish they would link movies and have Gardner and Batman square of and have Batman Deck , Guy I think that is one of my favorite moments in comics.

Tony Scott seems the most likely candiate for the Superman Reboot, but I hope that isn't going to be the end of the list. The important thing for Nolan to understand is that there is a 'human' story as well when it comes to Superman. You can't just throw in a director who knows 'special effects' or can direct 'action' sequences. He has to make the people on screen likable and their performances believable. Perhaps they should look at some TV directors who are used to telling more 'intimate' stories.

SuperMan: I would say Let Zack Snyder give Supes some much needed balls... those Bryan Singer BS fests we were subject to were so not the "Tear Metropolis Apart beating the sh*t out of Darksied Supes" i think Snyder will give us...

I like Guy Gardner and i hope he debuts in the next GreenLantern flick...
