Animation looks kind of goofy, but at least it ain't anime. I'll check this out.
(I hope the Best Buy exclusive figure for this is Supergirl or Brainiac, but I bet it will be Superman).
I hate the art style. Looks like shit. Not as good as all the other DC animated movies I have seen. Story looks cool though. But the art makes me want to cry. Supes head looks to small for his body and his jaw looks all jacked up. Not good at all DC, not at all. :(

I totally agree with axia777 the artwork is garbage. I'm afraid it's going to effect the way I feel about the film. I didn't like the artwork in the Batman:The Dark Knight Returns either. I don't get it. DC does better work on their Saturday morning Cartoon Network shows than in their feature length animated movies. After looking at the creative 3-D animation in the trailers for DC themed video games (Injustice Gods Among Us) I can't bear going back and looking at the Superman Unbound Trailer it's like watching Huckleberry Hound.
At least DC is trying to keep the Superman Machine oiled.....they know this is a tentpole year for them to get it together after being squashed by Marvel. I'll take it for what it's worth and just try to enjoy it. I do agree that the artwork is a bit suspect, but hey, at least they're tyring...
I'm excited to see this and I enjoyed the graphic novel but I'm more amped about Flashpoint which is scheduled to be thier next release. Looking forward to see what they do with it.
