I hear you. I remember Scooby Doo and the gang unmasking this guy in the 60's. Old Man Smithers is getting ambitious.

And whats with the superman and batman titles ... what happened to the other characters? For a while I thought they were branching out ....

 Dislike the animation like every one else.   

At first I did not know is I saw Clark Kent or Stan from American Dad.  I hate the ultra wide jaw.

@vitieddie - they stopped branching out becasue WB made them stop. Since they are incompetent at WB and ruin all their propertiesd except Batman, they view that as the only viable franchise, so they make DC Animation stick to that.

Tevii, what about the totally awesome GL-TAS show. I am really loving it. and I think it's doing well.

Yeah, I have to admit I thought the GL show was gunna be trash but I gave it a try and totally love it.
